| Nursing services: | Nurses assist the providers with procedures, injections, ear lavages, wound care, etc...and assist in the pharmacy when not doing nursing duties. We take at least one nurse on our trips. Our teams are small, usually 10 to 14 volunteers. In Guatemala, we stay in hotels and drive to remote villages during the day. In Panama, we stay in remote villages, usually camping and working in a school. |
