Nursing services: | International – you can participate in a outreach in a foreign country where you would work in a primary care setting. This can involved triage, pharmacy, lab and in special situations even consultation with patients. Domestic—nurses can participate as a volunteer with our mobile medical unit that provides health care to the uninsured in the Pinellas county area. We work in partnership with the Pinellas County Health Department. Once a year Dr. Hawthorne teaches a class for health professionals that are interested in missions/humanitarian work.
