Nursing services: | The Grapevine Project is a health education and outreach program of the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation (WWHF). WWHF provides partner nurses with in-depth training and packaged units on women’s health topics. Nurses then conduct free one-hour education sessions in the communities at locations including libraries, churches, schools, senior centers, and many more. WWHF currently partners with over ninety volunteer nurses in the program, reaching over 1,500 women annually with information that positively impacts their health and that of their family. |
