Kristine L. Willis BSN, RN is an Emergency Room Nurse and Team Leader at Taos Holy Cross Hospital. She recently transferred from the Operating Room where she served five years as a Circulating Nurse and OR scheduler.
Kristine received her Associate Degree in Pre-Science at the Taos branch of the University of New Mexico in 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado in 2012. She currently holds certificates in ACLS, PALS, NRP, STROKE, S.T.A.B.L.E., TNCC and is preparing to sit for her Certified Emergency Nurse soon. She is an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
Kristine has a fierce passion for Humanitarian Nursing and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Emergency Disaster Management/Community Health. It is Kristine’s goal to volunteer for at least one medical mission a year. This year marks her third trip to San Raymundo, Guatemala (in as many years) with Refuge International for a week of patient care and much needed surgeries
